Role Description: We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our Melbourne CBD team. In this role, you’ll: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across small to medium businesses. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long‑term satisfaction and growth. Create and execute sales strategies aligned with Vodafone Business and TPG Telecom offerings. Conduct market research to uncover new segments and partnership opportunities. Represent the business at networking events and industry functions, positioning VBC Melbourne CBD as a trusted local partner. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless end‑to‑end solutions. Consistently meet and exceed sales and performance targets. This is a dynamic, hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
