We are seeking an experienced Accounts & HR Controller to join our team at CTB Industries, a leading provider of custom transportable buildings. In this full-time role based in Kooragang, NSW, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounting and human resources functions.
What you'll be doing
Managing all accounting processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax obligations Overseeing HR functions such as employee onboarding, leave management, and performance reviews Implementing and maintaining efficient systems and processes Contributing to the overall business strategy and decision-making What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Accounts & HR Controller or similar roles, ideally within a manufacturing or construction environment Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Proficient in the use of accounting software (MYOB Premier) Exceptional organisational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively and provide assistance to team members Excellent communication and problem-solving skills What we offer
