Family Support and Inclusion Officer - Craigieburn Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is hiring an enthusiastic Family Support and Inclusion Officer for our brand‑new Craigieburn centre (Craigieburn, Melbourne VIC). The position is part‑time, 25 hours per week across five days, with the possibility of up to 37.5 hours depending on centre needs. Responsibilities The Family Support and Inclusion Officer plays an essential role in welcoming and supporting families as they begin their journey with Aspire. You will guide families through orientation, help children settle into their rooms and provide practical support for behavioural or developmental concerns. You will facilitate sensitive conversations, connect families with community services and help them navigate government funding processes. Working closely with Centre Leadership Teams, Room Leaders and families you will support the wellbeing, development and inclusion of every child in our care.
