Responsibilities As a Child and Family Remote Support Worker you'll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about. Your commitment to the role will explore the dynamics of working with our vulnerable clients in communities focusing on : Supporting early childhood development, parenting resilience and mobile services to communities. Develop and implement programs to strengthen family relationships, implement early intervention and prevention activities. Enhance and support increased First Nations / Multicultural community participation and family functioning. Providing information, advice and referral pathways. Increase awareness of children's wellbeing and have a holistic approach to supporting early childhood education in alignment with family and child support to nurture children to be fully prepared for learning and life. Qualifications Tertiary Qualification or working towards Diploma or higher in Children's services / Counselling / Community Services or similar, or be willing to study. Be a highly motivated and energetic person who has demonstrated experience working with young children and their development, supporting families and communities.
