Hourly rate $41.07 About The Role As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be a friendly face that welcomes guests and helps us ensure their experience with us is seamless, safe, and enjoyable. You'll work across a range of areas, including reception, bookings, customer enquiries, and general front-of-house support.
