GetCareers is currently recruiting for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to undertake an Automotive Sales Traineeship with an established and reputable local business in Osborne Park. This is a full‑time opportunity to earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification – Certificate III in Automotive Sales (AUR31020), specialising in Parts Interpreting. Location: Osborne ParkEmployment Type: Full‑time (5 days per week, 38 hours standard)Term of Traineeship: 2 years About the Role As an Automotive Sales Trainee (Parts Interpreting), duties may include: Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with parts enquiries Identify and interpret automotive parts and accessories Provide advice on parts suitability, availability, and pricing Process customer sales, invoices, and payments through the point‑of‑sale system Assist with stock control, including receiving, unpacking, and storing parts Maintain and update parts displays and showroom presentation Prepare and package customer orders for delivery or collection Communicate with suppliers and workshop staff to source or order required parts Follow workplace health and safety procedures and company policies What We’re Looking For Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic Reliable, punctual, and motivated to develop new skills through a traineeship Able to work effectively in a team and follow instructions Committed to completing the full term of the traineeship while working full‑time Eligibility Criteria Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Must reside in the Perth Metropolitan Area due to job location Must have a valid Driver's Licence How to Apply To be considered for this opportunity, please submit the following: Cover letter stating you’re applying for the "Automotive Sales Traineeship" and explaining why you’re interested Your current resume School results (last completed year, including Semester 2 results) Copies of any relevant certificates (e.g. Certificate II) A copy of your Driver’s Licence Aboriginal and / or Torres Strait Islander people are encouraged to applyWomen are encouraged to applySchool leavers are encouraged to apply Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
