Your day at NTT DATA We’re seeking a Senior Early Careers Program Manager to join our Learning and Development Team at NTT DATA Reporting to the Senior Director of Learning and Development and the VP for People & Culture, you will be responsible for contributing to shaping and operationally executing and managing our Early Careers Strategy, including end to end graduate and intern recruitment and delivering development programs across NTT DATA’s ANZ region. The role will also support the broader Learning and Development initiatives for the success of our people’s learning journeys and contribute to our culture. Early careers strategy: Identify and develop prospective graduate and intern talent pipelines to contribute to NTT DATA’s talent strategy and deliver a strong graduate value proposition Engage with VP People & Culture, senior leadership and stakeholders to align strategy to ensure current and future skills and business priorities are driven through our early careers’ programs Partner with relevant business areas and stakeholders to provide advice and support on best‑in‑class talent attraction and selection strategies to create and nurture future focussed talent pipelines Provide data driven insights for budgeting requirements Marketing: Design and deliver graduate marketing campaign strategy Effectively engage and liaise with industry partners including universities and industry job boards to market our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), DEI initiatives; to source the talent pipeline Plan and coordinate representation at early career events Review and upload marketing content on early talent career sites (GradConnection, University Career Hub etc) End-to-end Bulk Graduate and Intern Recruitment: Drive a strong candidate experience for Interns and Graduates advocating our EVP Consult with internal stakeholders to understand recruiting requirements Screen applications for eligibility, including reviewing CVs Review video interviews and assess against competency framework to create shortlist of candidates Coordinate, schedule and manage administration of virtual assessment centres and virtual interviews with internal stakeholders and candidates Assist the People and Culture Team in preparing employment offers and ensuring all information is captured on relevant People & Culture systems Communicate regularly with candidates to enhance the overall candidate experience Document and evaluate recruitment processes and end of season reports Graduate Learning and Development: Design and deliver a flawless graduate / intern onboarding induction and a professional development skills program to enhance on-the-job technical development Design and deliver additional key development initiatives including Graduate Quarterly Connect Sessions and Annual Graduate Conference Support graduate managers through graduate lifecycle and retaining graduate talent Administer engagement and satisfaction surveys and reporting Administer performance evaluation processes and retention reporting Manage the graduate salary review process Internship Program: Liaise with partner universities to coordinate internship program each summer vacation period Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure successful learning experience for students Broader Learning and Development Support: Update and maintain related People & Culture databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy Support broader L&D team where required What Would Make You a Great Fit? Minimum 5-year experience as a Graduate / Early Careers Manager or similar role Deep understanding of the early talent recruitment and development industry, recruitment trends, GEN AI and other market developments Exceptional interpersonal communication stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Ability to work collaboratively to build and maintain strong relationships Analytical and Data driven to produce early talent metrics and key program insights Excellent planning and organisational skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, across multiple portfolios in a tight timeframe.
