Through this collaboration, STH will deliver premium fan experiences for Rugby World Cup 2027 in Australia. ROLE SUMMARY As Travel and Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and delivering bespoke, end-to-end travel itineraries for Men’s Rugby World Cup 2027 Experiences clients, bringing the tournament to life through exceptional travel, hospitality, and destination experiences across Australia. This role converts sales-qualified leads into tailored, high-value bookings by translating client briefs into compelling, feasible travel proposals that reflect both the excitement of the event and the spirit of the host destination. Working closely with the Head of Travel & Tourism and Head of Revenue, the role sits at the intersection of sales, travel design, and operations, ensuring every itinerary is accurate, seamlessly coordinated, and delivered to the highest standard. You will curate premium accommodation, transport, and off-the-pitch experiences, manage supplier relationships, and maintain clear, proactive communication with clients throughout the planning journey. With strong destination knowledge and attention to detail, this role plays a critical part in delivering unforgettable and world‑class Rugby World Cup experiences. ABOUT YOU You are a customer-focused travel professional who thrives on creating exceptional, high-quality experiences while balancing commercial outcomes and client satisfaction. Ideally, you will bring: Experience designing bespoke, multi‑component travel itineraries for leisure or event‑based clients, including accommodation, transport, activities, and premium access. Proven ability to convert sales‑qualified leads into confirmed bookings within a consultative sales or travel advisory environment. Strong capability in curating and managing destination experiences such as VIP events, cultural activities, and tourism partnerships, ideally linked to major sporting or live events. Demonstrated experience collaborating across sales, operations, and product teams to deliver seamless end‑to‑end client journeys. Knowledge of Australian destinations and tourism infrastructure, or experience supporting large‑scale international sporting events and inbound travel logistics. Highly organised and detail‑oriented, with confidence using CRM systems and itinerary‑building tools to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
