Your Role As Global Life Cycle Management Lead, you will be part of a team leading the brand expansion strategy for our new product, guiding its evolution from a single indication to multiple markets and expanded use worldwide. You’ll bring strategic foresight, commercial insight, and stakeholder leadership to ensure our brand stands out and builds powerful connections with customers. You will drive the global indication expansion, aligning with the overall brand plan. Working closely with Global Product Team (GTP), key affiliates, and global functions, you will deliver commercial assessments and target product profiles while working cross-functionally. Your key responsibilities Lead complex, cross-functional projects from strategy to execution. Develop clear, data-driven business cases for new indications and market expansion. Align strategies on formulations, pricing, market access, and portfolio fit. Collaborate with key internal stakeholders across Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations & Marketing and Key Affiliates. Manage/ lead workstreams, drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure key market input. Your Qualifications You are an experienced commercial leader with proven success in global product strategy, brand expansion, and commercial execution. To succeed in the role you have: Master’s degree in life sciences, business, or equivalent preferred. Proven ability to take a product from early development to market launch and beyond. Strong pharma commercial experience — ideally in brand building or indication expansion. Minimum of 5 years in global strategy management within healthcare. Deep understanding of global markets, differentiation strategies, and unmet patient needs. Ability to translate insights into actionable commercial solutions. Advanced training in global marketing, brand strategy, or life cycle management disciplines. Your team You will join the Global Life Cycle Management team which is a part of the Global Brand team, working alongside two other Global LCM leads in a highly collaborative environment. Our team supports both preparation and commercial strategy across product development, with dedicated workstreams focused on different indications. Each LCM Lead acts as the commercial lead for their respective workstreams, bringing perspectives together to ensure aligned, market-ready strategies.
