Events Coordinator | Corporate & Private Events Coordinator - Hospitality & Corporate Events Are you an ambitious, process‑driven Events Coordinator ready to take full ownership of a growing events operation? We're looking for a driven professional who thrives in a hands‑on setting, can work seamlessly with a small team, and knows how to turn event spaces into strong revenue generators. About the Role You'll be responsible for coordinating and executing all events across a busy hospitality venue—primarily corporate functions, parties, and Christmas events. You'll manage the entire process, including: Selling and packaging event spaces Handling enquiries, bookings, and client communication Coordinating logistics, menus (tapas platters and buffet‑style options), and on‑the‑day execution Driving mid‑week event business to grow revenue Ensuring all data and details are accurately captured in internal systems This is a self‑sufficient role—there is no dedicated events team; however, you'll have access to supportive colleagues across the venue, including a pool of casual staff eager for extra hours. What We’re Looking For Experience coordinating corporate or private events Strong organisational and operational skills A process‑driven mindset—you don't need to reinvent the wheel Ability to collaborate effectively with different departments Comfortable with handling all phone, email, and walk‑in enquiries/event sales Commercially minded, with a passion for scaling event revenue Adaptability and confidence stepping into a start‑up‑style events environment A strong appreciation for accurate data entry and system management Ambition to grow the events arm toward a forecast of $100K per month Why This Role?
