Site Safety Advisor – Metroll Laverton, VIC Full‑Time | Manufacturing & Construction | Leadership Opportunity Join one of Australia’s leading manufacturers in the building and construction industry. Metroll is looking for an experienced Site Safety Advisor to help strengthen safety culture and performance across our Victorian operations. About the Role Based at Laverton , you’ll provide expert health, safety, and workers’ compensation advice across multiple business locations. You’ll partner with operational leaders to ensure a safe workplace, drive continuous improvement, and embed practical, effective safety systems. Some travel between sites will be required. Key Responsibilities Provide safety leadership and support to manufacturing sites. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and SOPs. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and ensure corrective actions are closed out. Oversee Chain of Responsibility compliance under NHVR. Lead investigations and deliver safety training to site teams. Support return‑to‑work and workers’ compensation management. Partner with managers to deliver measurable safety improvements and a strong safety culture. About You 5+ years’ experience in HSE within manufacturing or engineering. Formal safety qualifications. Proven track record reducing workplace incidents and improving safety performance. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Confident leading investigations, audits, and training. Highly organised, proactive, and energetic with a hands‑on approach.
