You’ll work with a wide range of stakeholders whose needs can change quickly, so adaptability and creativity are key. From construction projects to child safety initiatives, fleet management to plant and equipment compliance—you’ll have the opportunity to influence safety across diverse environments. In this role, you will: Deliver expert guidance, compliance oversight, and real‑time coaching to keep our people safe and our projects on track. Drive safety inspections, audits, and SWMS reviews across campuses and project sites. Lead hazard and incident investigations with root cause analysis and corrective actions. Manage contractor OHS plans, inductions, and compliance for capital works. Coordinate emergency planning, drills, and scenario testing. Develop SOPs, risk assessments, and psychosocial safety initiatives. Deliver site inductions, training, and on‑the‑ground coaching. Provide safety oversight for organisational projects and maintain accurate records. Champion a proactive safety culture and support key safety strategies. Influential communication skills to engage and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional organisational ability to manage priorities and deadlines with ease. Tech‑savvy proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, safety systems, and asset management software.
