Project Scheduler opportunity – Canberra-based Location: Onsite, Canberra, ACT Duration: Contract until June 2026 with possible extension Clearance: NV1 required Vectiq is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support a government-focused project. You will manage project schedules, monitor progress, provide earned value performance insights, mentor project personnel, and ensure consistent, high-quality schedule management aligned with industry best practice. Key Responsibilities Develop and assess Project and Contract Work Breakdown Structures (PWBS/CWBS) and supporting documentation. Create and maintain project master schedules. Analyse project data to monitor and report on schedule and cost progress. Mentor and advise project personnel on schedule management tools, methodologies, and reporting. Apply industry best practice in schedule management consistent with Australian and international standards. About You Experience with OPP for project planning and scheduling. Defence experience will be highly regarded. Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience. Recognised schedule management professional qualification. Proven experience in risk management and schedule governance. Strong understanding of schedule management methodologies, practices, and software. Familiarity with Australian and international standards for project schedule management. Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor project teams.
