The Store Manager reports to the Area Manager, and focusses on: Creating a safe and secure working environment Achieving Store Sales Targets Managing both Store & Team Member KPIs Providing Talent Management & Development to all Team Members Leading by Example Complying with all Safe Work Practices, Policies, Procedures & Instructions WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate will have: Experience Working Towards KPI’s & Budgets Authentic Passion for Customer Service Experience with Inventory Management Eagerness to Continuously Learn Retail and Automotive experience would be advantageous WHAT WE ARE OFFERING In return, we offer competitive salaries , as well as provide continuous training & support with career development opportunities.
