Retail Supervisor What You’ll Be Doing (depending on role) Dispensary Technician Dispensing medications and supporting pharmacists across daily operations Managing and coordinating stock orders and maintaining accurate inventory Completing Webster packing Overseeing PBS claims and ensuring correct processing Maintaining a highly organised, clean, and efficient dispensary Providing accurate, high‑quality customer service and medication support Ensuring stock integrity and managing product returns Collaborating with a team committed to excellent patient outcomes Retail Supervisor Leading, supporting, and motivating the retail team Overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow Driving service standards and delivering a professional customer experience Managing stock levels, replenishment, merchandising, and promotional execution Ensuring store presentation meets brand standards Assisting with training, onboarding, and team development Problem‑solving on the floor and maintaining operational discipline What You’ll Bring For Dispensary Technician applicants: A recognised Dispensary Technician qualification (or willingness to train) Experience in retail pharmacy Proficiency in FRED Dispense Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and workflow efficiency A professional, well‑presented approach A reliable work ethic and consistent customer service capability Webster packing experience (preferred but not essential) For Retail Supervisor applicants: Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication, delegation, and team‑support skills Solid understanding of customer service standards Ability to manage stock, merchandising, and daily store operations A professional approach and commitment to maintaining high store standards Availability to work weekends as part of the regular roster If you are motivated, dependable, and looking for a workplace where your contribution matters, we encourage you to apply.
