Allied Health Practice Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Allied Health Practice Manager to join the team at Bridging the Gap, a leading provider of allied health services in Bunbury, Western Australia. As the Allied Health Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of our growing allied health practice. This is a full-time position based in our Bunbury office. What you'll be doing Manage the overall operations of the allied health practice, including staff scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation Oversee the delivery of high-quality allied health services to our patients, ensuring adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to enhance practice efficiency and patient experience Collaborate with the clinical team to identify opportunities for service expansion and the introduction of new allied health offerings Manage and support a team of allied health professionals, including providing mentoring, training, and performance management Liaise with key stakeholders, including referrers, funding bodies, and the local community, to build and maintain strong relationships Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making for the organisation What we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior allied health practice management role Proven track record of successfully managing the operations and growth of an allied health practice Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders Strong business acumen and financial management skills, including experience in budgeting and resource allocation Thorough understanding of the allied health regulatory landscape and quality standards Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage, mentor, and develop a team of allied health professionals Tertiary qualifications in a relevant allied health discipline or business management field What we offer At Bridging the Gap, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive work environment that empowers our employees to thrive.
