As part of this broader program, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a critical initiative within the HR workstream. This role will support the transition away from a heavily customised legacy HR system and guide the organisation towards a more contemporary HR technology landscape. The program also intersects with various other workstreams, requiring a Project Manager who can navigate complex dependencies and engage effectively with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of the HR systems uplift, including the transition away from the existing HRIS and preparation for a more modern, cloud-based HR solution. Support the development of a future‑state HR technology roadmap, including integration considerations with payroll, IAM, and enterprise systems. Coordinate activities across early discovery, process redesign, data mapping, requirements development, and preparation for the upcoming RFP. Partner closely with HR, technology, and business stakeholders to address issues arising from fragmented HR data sources and to help build towards a single view of employee data. Ensure alignment with cross‑program dependencies, particularly identity and access management, data, and finance. Provide structured oversight of planning, resourcing, budgeting, governance, and reporting to ensure milestones are clearly defined and met. Maintain strong engagement with senior and executive stakeholders, using a collaborative and relationship‑driven approach to support smooth decision‑making. Identify, communicate, and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across HR, systems, and business units. The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering HRIS or HR technology projects within complex environments, with strong stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, and delivery management skills. You will be confident leading work from pre‑RFP planning through to vendor selection and implementation, including the replacement of legacy HR systems.
