About the opportunity We are currently seeking qualified Carers / Personal Care Workers to join our care team at Moran Sylvania . Various shifts available - Monday to Friday Morning Shift: 06:30 am to 1:30/2:30 pm Afternoon Shift: 2:30 pm to 9:30 pm Night Shift: 10:30 pm to 6:30 am Reporting to the Registered Nurse in Charge, you will provide quality care and support to residents in our residential home. Moran provides 24-hour RN nursing coverage, ensuring clinical support and leadership are always available to carers. You will be supported and mentored to thrive in your role. You will work with a dedicated team, and your contribution will make a difference in our residents' daily lives. If you are compassionate and resourceful with a passion to improve residents’ lives, this role is for you Key Responsibilities: Providing high-quality essential care, personal assistance, and emotional support according to individual care plans. Being part of the night shift team to support overnight care and preparations for the next day. Maintain effective communication, be respectful, open to change, and kind. Complete accurate documentation and report to relevant staff as required.
