Our values are Respect, Kindness, Dignity and Compassion. About the Opportunity We are currently seeking a committed Qualified Carer (Night duty) to join the Care team at our Moran Engadine home. Shift Schedule: Monday to Thursday Night shift: 22:30pm to 06:30am Reporting to the Registered Nurse in Charge, you will be providing quality care and support to residents living in our residential home. Moran provides 24-hour RN nursing coverage, so clinical support and leadership is always available to carers. You will be supported and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us. You will work with a great team of dedicated people, and your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day. If you are a compassionate and resourceful individual with a passion to improve our residents’ daily life, this role is for you Key Responsibilities: Providing high-quality essential care, personal assistance, and emotional support to our residents in accordance with the individual resident’s care plan. Be part of the night shift care team, working together to support resident overnight care needs and preparations for the following day’s shift. Maintain effective communication in the workplace, being respectful, open to change, and kind in your approach. Complete accurate and timely documentation and report information to relevant Nursing, Allied Health, and Management as required.
