About You This role requires energetic individuals who seek to make a difference in residents' daily living. Although this is a back of house role, meals are sometimes the residents favourite part of the day so we want individuals who can put a smile on the resident’s faces You need to be a very active person as you are on your feet for most of your shift The Role Preparing and serving meals and drinks to residents Maintaining a clean and safe kitchen Sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes, benches & cutlery and disposing of rubbish Setting the dining room for daily meals Adhering to and supporting WH&S and general Food Safety Compliance activities Cleaning of facility – residents rooms, bathrooms, common areas, dusting, vacuuming and sweeping. Attention to detail is a must. Requirements Minimum of 3 months paid experience in an Aged Care Facility or hospital Valid National Police Check Fully COVID-19 vaccinated (in line with state requirements) Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and mobile phone Be willing to complete mandatory training through Crewe Sharp's onboarding process Apply Today We’re actively placing FSAs and cleaners now.
