Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organised and detail‑driven Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator to join SLICKHAIR as we continue our rapid global expansion. This role is responsible for managing all purchase orders, maintaining our ERP system, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless communication with our warehouses to deliver orders on time. You will work across operations, inventory, supply chain, and logistics, acting as the key link between manufacturing, freight, warehouse, and our internal team. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone with 1–3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, procurement, or operations. Purchase Orders and Supplier Management Create, issue, and manage all purchase orders (local & international). Enter and maintain POs within our ERP system. Track production timelines, lead times, and delivery dates. Liaise with suppliers to monitor progress, resolve delays, and manage changes. Ensure accurate costing, MOQ compliance, and component availability. ERP & Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple SKUs and warehouses. Update ERP with inbound shipments, stock adjustments, and product changes. Support forecasting by monitoring stock levels, sales velocity, and upcoming launches. Prepare inventory reports and highlight potential risks (OOS, overstock). Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordination Communicate daily with our warehouse regarding inbound and outbound orders. Ensure customer, retailer, and wholesale orders are packed and dispatched on time. Provide pick/pack instructions and resolve discrepancies or mis‑picks. Monitor 3PL performance, SLAs, and stock movements. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinate international shipments (sea, air, express). Liaise with freight forwarders to book shipments and track delivery. Manage import documentation, customs clearance, and landed‑cost accuracy. Track ETAs and communicate delays to internal stakeholders. Operations Support Support new product launches with operational readiness. Improve internal processes and SOPs for efficiency and accuracy. Work closely with the sales team on retailer replenishment and allocations. Assist with general operations tasks as required. Experience & Skills 1–3 years experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, procurement, or operations . Experience working with an ERP system (Specifically Unleashed) Strong understanding of POs, invoicing, lead times, inbound/outbound logistics, and inventory management. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, solutions‑focused, and process driven. Beauty, FMCG, or e‑commerce experience is a bonus.
