We are seeking talented researchers to join a fast-scaling team in Sydney working on some of the most exciting campaigns and projects for corporate and political clients. Role Responsibilities Engage clients by truly digging into their business and complex challenges. Designing multi-method research programs - quantitative and qualitative to uncover what is truly driving perceptions and behaviour. Work across multiple projects and ensure successful delivery to deadlines. Communicate well across internal teams and with clients. Synthesis and analysis of data to derive actionable insights to inform communication strategy that can be executed. Creative thinking across all clients. Contributing to key client presentations that influence and shape c-suite decision making. Candidate Profile Research Consultant with c.2+ years' experience in market research. Solid understanding of the entire research cycle - pitch to presentation. Developed skills in scripting/fieldwork/data analysis. Developed skills in writing summaries/commentary on data. Ability to present insights to stakeholders/clients. Ideally experience in opinion or communications research. A strong desire to learn about the political, media and business landscape.
