In the role of Consultant – Decision Strategy, you will drive transformation by working with cutting‑edge decisioning technology and shaping NAB’s enterprise‑wide Pega Customer Decision Hub. Responsibilities Design, build and enhance Pega decision strategies that drive personalized customer engagement. Manage the development of the Pega data record (xCAR) and champion effective use of data within decisioning. Ensure the integrity of decisioning from a holistic customer perspective. Train team members in key Pega technology functionality, ensuring reuse and best practices are adopted across the team. Engage stakeholders and translate complex technical decisioning concepts into meaningful business‑ready insights and recommendations. Qualifications Hands‑on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub and its Decisioning Framework. Strong understanding of data and analytics and how they are leveraged in communications design and decisioning. Team player with proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes. A passion for data‑driven customer experiences and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline. Our people are customer obsessed.
