ROLE IN A NUTSHELL As a Casual Retail Assistant at our Shoe Warehouse Spencer Street Docklands store, you'll deliver outstanding customer service by helping customers find the perfect footwear, maintaining a clean and organized store, and supporting daily operations such as restocking shelves, processing sales, and handling returns. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment with a strong emphasis on product knowledge, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets.
