The Leaders Reporting directly to an experienced and inspiring People and Culture Manager, you will join a team of experienced HR professionals, as well as a small CoE function. You will have the opportunity to work closely with your direct manager as well as senior P&C team members The Opportunity Joining this dynamic team as a Senior P&C Consultant will see you collaborate closely with key stakeholders and your P&C manager to deliver exceptional support and guidance to the business. You will be the first point of contact for workplace and employee relations matters across a national client base and additionally have the opportunity to: Act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored coaching and guidance on a broad range of People & Culture matters. Collaborate closely with leaders to design and implement P&C initiatives that support business strategy. Provide clear, practical advice to ensure adherence to employment legislation and internal people policies. Manage complex employee relations issues including investigations, performance matters, grievances, restructures, and disciplinary processes. Shape and deliver annual P&C plans in alignment with business priorities and stakeholder input. Support the development and execution of workforce planning strategies to meet future capability needs. Work with business units to identify talent gaps and assist the Talent team in delivering targeted programs such as graduate pathways. Oversee workplace health and safety processes, including return-to-work planning and legislative compliance. Analyse engagement insights and support the implementation of initiatives that drive a positive and productive culture. Stay informed on emerging trends, legislative changes, and industry best practice to inform people strategies. Review, refine and develop policies and procedures to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose and legally compliant. Advise on the appropriate use and engagement of independent contractors. Contribute to annual people processes including remuneration reviews and succession planning activities. Promote a culture of innovation and efficiency through continuous improvement in people practices. Conduct exit interviews for key personnel to support organisational learning and retention strategies. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects spanning wellbeing, reward and corporate social responsibility initiatives. About You We’re seeking a People & Culture Business Partner or Manager with experience that includes exposure to ER case management and performance, in a professional or corporate environment. You will excel in stakeholder management, providing exceptional client service to diverse client groups and have strong organisational and time management skills Resilience, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality are key to success in this role, as is the ability to uphold and model these values in all P&C-related matters.
