Established in 1934 with offices in all States. About the Role As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store. You’ll support the Office Manager, lead by example, and help create a positive and productive team culture. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the team to provide outstanding customer service Supervise and train team members, ensuring high performance Manage shifts and assist with staffing decisions Handle inventory, ordering, and stock management Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Drive sales and help achieve business targets Provide ongoing coaching and support to foster team development What We’re Looking For Certificate IV in Retail or 3+ years of relevant experience in retail or hospitality management Proven leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work for a diverse business that is constantly evolving and provides great opportunities to make a difference.
