Your Role at a Glance As our Practice Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring every aspect of the practice runs smoothly, efficiently, and with a patient‑first mindset. You’ll collaborate with clinicians, support staff, and external partners to deliver seamless care and elevate our service standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the team with hands‑on support and strategic direction Oversee patient flow, staff scheduling, procurement, and financial operations Implement systems and policies that boost efficiency and enhance patient care Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a confident, capable leader with a passion for healthcare excellence. Must‑Haves 3+ years in a senior receptionist or practice management role within healthcare Proficiency in Best Practice software and clinical systems including billing, batching, reporting Preferred Skills Familiarity with HealthEngine or HotDoc platforms Competence & Understanding of PHN‑WA HPA, PRODA Payroll, MBS billing, financial reporting, and debtor/creditor management, medical reports Personal Attributes Proven leadership and team‑building skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decisions Up‑to‑date knowledge of healthcare policies and compliance Why Join Us?
