Roles And Responsibilities Develop and enhance Iress Acurity solutions, focusing on superannuation software within the Iress Acurity platform to meet evolving industry needs. Customise and integrate Iress Acurity solutions to align with client requirements and optimise superannuation operations. Regularly analyse system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy. Stay up-to-date with developments in superannuation software to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge and compliant with industry standards. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of software projects from concept to deployment. Maintain comprehensive documentation of software development processes and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress. What you’ll need Iress Acurity Expertise: Strong experience with Iress Acurity, particularly in superannuation software development and customization. Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++, with a focus on developing and enhancing superannuation software solutions. Superannuation Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the superannuation industry, including compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and financial products. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse processes and requirements, and creatively solve complex problems within the Iress Acurity framework. Communication and Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities; solid understanding of solution architecture and contemporary IT strategies. Stakeholder Management: Excellent relationship-building and engagement skills across the business at all levels, including senior management and executives. Leadership and Mentoring: Experience leading technical design and strategy for complex applications; training and mentoring others to improve technical skills. Production Support: Strong operational background in analysing and resolving underlying technical issues in production systems.
