Senior Development Manager – Residential As a Senior Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving development outcomes from feasibility through to delivery. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing key stakeholders, controlling programme and budget outcomes, and ensuring quality is delivered with commercial rigour. Lead development delivery across multiple residential and mixed‑use projects, ensuring milestones, budgets and quality targets are achieved. Manage consultants, contractors, planning authorities and key stakeholders through planning, design, procurement and construction. Provide strong commercial oversight — including feasibility analysis, risk management and reporting. Drive high performance, accountability and collaboration within project teams. Deliver clear, timely communication across internal leadership and external partners. Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications in Property, Project Management, or a related discipline. 5+ years’ experience in residential and/or mixed‑use development management. Extensive experience in residential/mixed‑use property development, ideally within Melbourne or similar markets. A solid record of bringing developments from acquisition through to completion. Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to manage feasibilities, budgets, forecasts and risk with confidence. Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills — able to build trust with consultants, authorities, contractors and internal teams. A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced delivery environment.
