Join us in shaping the future of connectivity and making a tangible impact in the field.How You Will Contribute And What You Will LearnLead cross-functional project management initiatives for the Optics and IP portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and execute strategies in collaboration with pre-sales teams, creating compelling proposals and bid offers that meet customer needs. Oversee post-sales delivery, serving as the primary escalation point for customer governance and support across hardware, services and post-delivery support. Manage the contract execution and financial performance of the portfolio, including P&L accountability, KPI tracking, and proactive cost and timeline management. Foster strong customer relationships, acting as the main contact for planning, execution, and prioritization throughout the delivery lifecycle. Implement and manage effective risk management and change management processes to mitigate project challenges. Coordinate with customer stakeholders to ensure program scope is effectively managed and aligned with governance standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction, adhering to PMI principles and Nokia’s operational guidelines. Attend customer premises in greater Sydney when required. Key Skills And ExperienceYou have:At least 8 years of experience in Senior Project Management or Program Management within the IT/Telco industry Strong understanding of end-to-end (E2E) delivery and work streams Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Proven ability to lead cross-organizational teams PMP and/or Prince2 certification or willingness to certify It would be nice if you also had:Experience managing financial and operational performance metrics Familiarity with project execution, engineering, and supply chain processes Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team Experience in risk and change management practices About UsCome create the technology that helps the world act togetherNokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
