This is the next step for an emerging Project Manager ready to grow with one of Queensland’s most respected client-side consultancies. You’ll join a structured, high-performing team that manages major developments from concept to completion, across residential, mixed-use, education, and commercial projects valued from $20M to $100M+. The Role You’ll support Project Managers and Directors in coordinating design, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication across several active projects. From consultant liaison and tender support through to site reporting and risk tracking, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the structured, ISO-certified systems that underpin One PM’s reputation for quality and professionalism. It’s a hands-on, learning-focused role designed for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, and wants to build a long-term career in client-side project management. The Offer $80,000 - $90,000 + Super (commensurate with experience) Gold Coast-based role with flexible project exposure across SE QLD Mentorship from experienced Project Managers and Directors Defined pathway to Project Manager level Diverse project portfolio: multi-res, commercial, education, and eco-tourism Regular social and industry networking events Supportive, structured environment with strong values and clear systems What Winning Looks Like Project documentation and reporting delivered accurately and on time Clear, proactive communication with consultants and internal stakeholders Project tracking, risk logs, and progress reports maintained consistently Quality and compliance standards upheld in line with ISO-certified systems Positive, professional relationships built across teams and clients Reliable follow-through, issues identified early and resolved efficiently Responsibilities Assist in managing project documentation, design coordination, and consultant liaison Support tender processes, contractor appointments, and design documentation reviews Track construction progress, variations, and risk management actions Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and progress documentation for internal and client use Maintain data and project records in line with company systems and processes Support Project Managers and Directors across all phases of delivery You Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering 1-3 years’ experience in project management consultancy or construction delivery Strong communicator, written and verbal, with a professional, reliable approach Organised, proactive, and confident managing your own workload Understanding of project planning, documentation, and reporting fundamentals Working knowledge of MS Project, P6, or similar scheduling tools Familiarity with Procore, Mastt, or equivalent software advantageous Advanced Excel skills for tracking and reporting Why This Role If you’re ready to fast-track your client-side career in a business that values structure, accountability, and professional growth, this is your opportunity.
