Responsibilities Project engineering and development of civil/demolition project plans. Implementation of Delta Group’s triple‑certified QSE management systems. Interpretation and interrogation of project drawings and application of Australian Standards for civil/demolition engineering. Risk assessment and management of civil construction methods. Scope, programme, method and budget management. Sequencing, staging development and securing approvals. Accurate cost tracking and production monitoring against budget. Documentation development – specification review and quality assurance. Client and key stakeholder engagement. Management of project‑related subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. Liaison with Site Supervisor/Foreman. Procurement, purchasing and contract management for all projects. Estimate and variation development, including man‑hours, costs and quantities. Planning, progress monitoring and reporting, including audits and inspections. Contribution to continuous improvement of QSE management systems. Essential Qualifications Tertiary degree in engineering or related construction qualification. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Passion for people and safety. Exemplary verbal and written communication skills. High level of decision‑making and problem‑solving ability. Desirable Qualifications Proven capacity to multi‑task. High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent time‑management skills with ability to prioritise and follow‑up. Strong interpersonal communication skills.
