Our placement opportunities include front of house, data entry work, reception, secretarial roles and general administrative roles. We are keen to help you develop your existing skills in order to be able to progress into new roles. We Are Looking For : Strong communication and organisational skills Basic IT proficiency Enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude Availability Monday to Friday No prior NHS experience is required – full training will be provided Main duties of the job You Will Be : Providing temporary administrative support across various departments Assisting with data entry, scheduling, secretarial tasks, and communications. Qualifications Educated to GCSE level or equivalent Typing qualification or equivalent experience Experience Experience of administrative work Working within guidelines Familiarity with Epic computer system Previous experience of working in the NHS Knowledge Understanding of confidentiality and data protection Knowledge of the Trust information systems Skills Ability to work as part of a team Good communication skills including telephone, e‑mail and face‑to‑face Ability to organise own timekeeping to schedule and deadlines Ability to show attention to detail and accuracy Ability to use IT packages – Microsoft Office, and type accurately Willing to take on and learn new skills Additional Requirements The ability to understand and behave at all times, towards patients, visitors and colleagues according to the Trust values of safe, kind, excellent.
