Every day, we give people all around the world the opportunity to experience something amazing – travel The Salesforce Technical Administrator will support, optimise, and maintain our global multi-cloud Salesforce environment. This role combines environment management, user and access governance, and platform operations across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, Loyalty, and Data Clouds. As part of the Salesforce CoE, you’ll collaborate closely with architects, developers, and support teams to ensure smooth operations, strong release hygiene, and compliance with governance frameworks. Day to day: Configure and maintain scalable solutions using Salesforce tools such as Flows, validation rules, custom objects, record types, and Lightning pages Align business processes with Salesforce best practices and help ensure solutions deliver measurable business benefits Assist with translating functional business requirements to technical design focused on enabling the business and support creation of User Stories within a Product Backlog Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to review business process and optimisation of current solutions Manage sandbox environments, prepare deployment packages, and participate in release readiness activities Assist with technical analysis, regression testing, and documentation of configuration changesCoordinate with integration and architecture teams to ensure platform solutions align with broader enterprise standards Provide advanced platform troubleshooting, supporting both proactive enhancements and incident resolution Contribute to configuration standards and mentor junior administrators on scalable platform practices You’ll be perfect for the role if you have: 4+ years Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise-scale environments Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred Strong knowledge of permission sets, profiles, and role hierarchy design Experience with CI/CD pipelines, change sets, and environment management Exposure to OmniStudio, data integrations, or Marketing/Loyalty Clouds desirable Exceptional attention to detail, documentation, and governance discipline Proven ability to manage competing priorities across large teams and stakeholder groups What you will enjoy: Culture: you will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry -Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is proud to be a certified Great Place to Work® Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd Our People: FCTG is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourage all suitably qualified applicants to apply, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People and people from racial, ethnic, or ethno-religious minority groups and people with disability Development: Individualised, ongoing Learning & Development via communities of practice.
