Job Summary Restaurant Supervisor/Manager 8 At Trinity – located at the $720m Trinity Point 5 Star Luxury Waterfront Development overlooking beautiful Lake Macquarie. Seeking experienced hospitality professionals to oversee a 300‑seat waterfront restaurant. Responsibilities Oversee busy breakfast, lunch & dinner shifts while running the front of house. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of service. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards; carry 3 plates. Qualifications Relevant diploma or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Proven ability to supervise busy shifts and manage the front of house. Excellent communication skills, fluent English, and well‑groomed appearance. RSA certificate essential; wine knowledge preferable but not essential. Experience with computerised POS systems. Availability to work days, evenings and weekends (except Mondays and Tuesdays). Benefits Sponsorships welcome, which may provide a pathway to permanent residency.
