We are focussed on delivering results for our clients whilst giving high-quality, ethical and compliant advice and are seeking an employee with the same attitude. We strive to align our clients' goals and objectives with their vision and purpose. Responsibilities Preparation and delivery of new client and review client business. Attend client meetings. Manage a list of wonderful clients. Driving through outcomes and results for clients (and the business) from client engagement through to implementation and review. Collecting and completing product research. Pushing through advice formulation (after engagement or review into paraplanning). Diary management and booking your Client / Adviser meetings. Meeting preparation and follow ups. Advice implementation oversight. In time you will be helping drive our team's activity and outcomes including your own support. Requirements A great attitude A minimum of one year, but ideally at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. Previous experience with the above responsibilities. Previous experience with Advice Management and Production Software (ideally WorkSorted and XPlan, familiar with WealthSolver & Risk Researcher). Very high attention to detail. Solid understanding of the advice process. A strong knowledge of products and services. Strong time management and organisational skills, with an ability to meet deadlines, and help others in the team meet theirs. Exposure to, or management of clients. Studying towards, or having completed FASEA education requirements. FASEA education requirements must be completed before commencement. Reliable, enthusiastic and a positive energy.
