The primary responsibility is to deliver first‑class services to our patrons in line with our mission, vision and values. Provide excellent customer service to all customers Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café Replenish condiments as needed Follow health and safety guidelines Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems Promote the centre’s services and programs to patrons Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons Provide information on product range, including promoting healthy food options Work mornings, evenings and weekends; hours may increase during peak periods Skills & Attributes Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style Coffee making / barista skills Food handling Certificate Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) Current CPR Certificate Police Check Working with Children Check Ability to be flexible during peak periods We can assist in obtaining missing certificates.
