Legal Counsel

to join our team in APAC, based in Sydney. In this role,

your focus is to support the legal function across Crayon APAC , aligning with Crayon Group's objectives and goals,

implementing the legal strategy, ensuring corporate governance, and providing legal advice.Other responsibilities will include:Manage, review, draft, and negotiate contracts between Crayon and third partiesManage and provide legal advice and support to achieve Crayon Group's legal strategy in APAC, including M&A activitiesCooperate with members of the legal team while liaising with external counsel where requiredContribute to continuous quality improvement across legal processes and systems within Crayon , ensuring up-to-date awareness across legal, providing awareness/training for internal Crayon staff, and preventing/mitigating legal riskProactively provide strategic direction and guidance to senior stakeholders and managementYour Competencies:Bachelor’s degree in law with at least

5 years’ experience

across legal, compliance, risk, and governanceExcellent

planning ,

organizational

and

time management skills

and an ability to priorities tasksHigh-level

stakeholder management

skillsIn-house experience
