Program Manager - HCM Transformation (SAP/SuccessFactors) A highly accomplished Program Manager is required for an 18‑month fixed‑term assignment to lead the critical Human Capital Management (HCM) stream within a large‑scale, complex, multi‑year IT Transformation Program. You will be the definitive leader for the end‑to‑end delivery of the HCM stream, which is centered on the deployment of SAP/SuccessFactors across our enterprise. Delivery Management: Overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design through to execution, deployment, and transition to operations. SAP/SuccessFactors Expertise: Leveraging deep knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors suite to ensure optimal configuration and integration, driving best practices in HR technology. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary liaison and ultimate accountability holder for key system integration partners and software vendors. Team Leadership: Building, motivating, and managing a high‑performing project team of functional specialists, technical experts, and change management professionals. To be successful in this position you will be a seasoned Program Manager with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex, large‑scale HCM deployment programs, involving SAP SuccessFactors.
