Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.As our new Project Controller you will support our team of professionals working in the APAC region to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients across the Environment and Health, Energy, Transport, Architecture and Landscape and Water markets. A strong customer service ethic and ability to multitask is vital for this role. You will present a positive "can-do" attitude and be a self-starter within a team of dedicated professionals. Reporting to the Head of Business Finance APAC, your role is based at Ramboll's Perth Office.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced project controller with sound technical knowledge who can strengthen project controlling governance in the Asia Pacific region, currently operating across 8 countries and multiple Ramboll markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the financial performance of projects, implementing various global and local initiatives relating to project financial management, ensuring integrity of project financials, process controls and preparation of management reports relating to projects. You will work closely with the Country Market Director, Heads of Departments and Project Managers to guide and supervise the team of project managers and administrators.Your starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional developments so that you grow with the company. For this role, we believe your starting point is:Open to work across multiple time zones in your dealings with teams based in India, Singapore and other parts of the APAC region.Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken.The role is dynamic considering the number of stakeholders involved in the day-to-day work, so the successful candidate should have an outgoing and proactive personality.An emotionally intelligent and assertive person who has the confidence to challenge people while building relationships with staff across all levels of the organisation.A driven and independent thinker with the ability to work hands-on.Customer oriented and a strong team player.QualificationsThe desired skills and experience for this role are:Master/advanced degree in Commerce, Finance or Business administration.6 to 7 years of relevant experience in Project Controllership/ Project administration work, preferably with an engineering and consultancy company.Knowledge of Maconomy/SAP/Oracle or other similar ERP system.MS Excel & PowerPoint skills at Expert level; Knowledge of PowerBI would be an advantage.Ramboll ValuesAt Ramboll, people are at the heart of everything we do.
