Position This critical role will play a pivotal part in the financial management and strategic decision-making process of our dealership.
The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing valuable insights to drive the dealership's growth and success.
Your key responsibilities include:
Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the Dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support day-to-day operations effectively.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the administration team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the dealership's goals.You Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA qualification preferred).Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficient in all facets of accounts function to trial balance/BAS returns.Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and reporting skills.Highly analytical and organized with very strong attention to detail.Outstanding written and oral communication skills.Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.What we offer Competitive remuneration package including a car and a fuel allowance.Fantastic long-term career opportunity with a leading automotive group.Friendly and supportive company culture and management team.Ongoing training and development.Opportunities for career growth.Work for one of the largest automotive groups in AustraliaIf you are a dedicated financial professional looking to join a dynamic team and drive the financial success of a premier dealership like Autoleague, we want to hear from you
