Professional Services Consultant (ONESOURCE) Join to apply for the Professional Services Consultant role at Thomson Reuters . This role presents an exciting opportunity to step into the dynamic world of tax technology. As a consultant in the Professional Services team, you will have a wide range of responsibilities as a subject matter expert in our tax software products, leveraging your Australian tax experience. You will deliver implementation projects of tax software for a range of clients, including ASX100 and multi‑national corporates. You will advise clients as the technical subject matter expert for our tax software products, train clients, and prepare guides and other documentation. You will support the client relationship management team as the technical expert in client conversations. Responsibilities Deliver implementation projects for tax software products, including advising clients as the technical subject matter expert, providing training, and troubleshooting. Be involved in sales enablement activities by scoping and selling the value of our tax software products and services to new and existing customers. Deliver multiple implementation projects at the same time, working alongside a project manager. Enable client retention and relationship management efforts by supporting client relationship managers with the technical expertise needed for customer interactions. Prepare guides, implementation reports, training manuals and other documentation as required. Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Australian tax. Understanding of tax effect accounting and its practical applications. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner. Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. What’s in it for You?
