Insurance Defense – General Attorney (Canberra, Australia, ACT) Job Title: Lawyer to Associate, Commercial Insurance. Responsibilities Acting on behalf of insurers, self‑insured entities, and government departments in various public liability, historical abuse, Commonwealth workers’ compensation, and compulsory third‑party (CTP) claims. Participating in alternative dispute resolution processes and appearing in the ACT and NSW Courts, ACAT, and the Administrative Review Tribunal. Engaging in a litigation practice that allows for specialization in specific areas of insurance litigation or expansion of expertise.
