Senior Product Manager, Platform & Emerging Technology You bring technical depth and product craft to discovery, platform strategy, and emerging technology. You thrive at the intersection of innovation and engineering — shaping platform capabilities, defining technical roadmaps, and guiding prototypes, pilots, and AI‑powered solutions. You transform uncertainty into scalable foundations that help the organisation innovate faster and more effectively. Responsibilities Define and steward the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap. Apply technical expertise across cloud, APIs, data, DevOps, and AI to inform decisions. Balance platform health and future evolution with the needs of discovery teams. Work in a triad with engineering and design to translate ambiguous problems into clear priorities. Guide the development of prototypes, pilots, and platform capabilities that support scalable testing. Ensure platforms are reliable, secure, and aligned to customer and business value. Shape strategies for tooling, automation, and experimentation frameworks. Identify where platforms and AI capabilities can create leverage for teams across the Group. Communicate architecture, feasibility, and platform strategy to executives in simple, meaningful ways. Influence diverse stakeholders and build alignment on priority and direction. Bring sharp judgment on AI/ML, modern architectures, and emerging technology trends. Assess new tools and capabilities and identify where they can accelerate innovation. Qualifications Strategic thinker and hands‑on doer, moving easily between vision and validation. Deep experience in product discovery and experimentation, with strong instincts for what makes an idea real. Strong technical literacy in modern system architectures (cloud, APIs, data, AI/ML). Strong experience in product management or ownership. Proven ability to define product vision, roadmaps, and backlogs in complex technical environments. Skilled at continuous discovery, feasibility testing, and rapid prototyping. Excellent communication skills – able to bridge technical detail and senior stakeholder clarity. Outcome‑focused, pragmatic, and passionate about building capabilities that scale across the organisation. Strong influencing, communication, and relationship‑building skills trusted by stakeholders across disciplines and levels. Confident engaging with senior leaders and aligning diverse perspectives toward shared outcomes. Curious, commercially sharp, and pragmatic about value – you know how to spot signal over noise.
