Dharma Bums is an Australian women's apparel brand creating timeless, sustainable wardrobe staples that blend comfort, quality, and conscious design. We're looking for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Coolum Beach. You will work closely with our Graphic Design Lead and the wider Marketing and Production team to deliver engaging and compelling content that speaks to our brand and our key market audience. Key Responsibilities Working alongside the graphic design lead, collaborating to produce content for our online audience. Create social media graphics, sponsored adverts, and motion graphics that reflect the Dharma Bums aesthetic and tone. Develop, execute and update visual content regularly for digital and print platforms — including website assets, EDMs, lookbooks, and campaign materials. Work closely with the marketing, eCommerce, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Assist in photoshoot preparation — from mood boards and storyboards to image retouching and content creation. Collaborate on creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, sales, and new product launches . Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in graphic design , ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Experience in digital content creation (including still photography, gifs, and video). Experience creating assets for Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta/Google Ads is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and the ability to take direction and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Who You Are Passionate about fashion, sustainability, and design .
