As the Digital Marketing Assistant , you’ll work alongside our Account Managers to help execute campaigns across social media, Google, and web platforms. You’ll be hands-on in helping clients grow their presence, refine their marketing strategies, and strengthen their brand within the real estate space. What You’ll Do Assist in setting up, launching, and optimising social and PPC campaigns for clients across Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Work alongside our graphic design team to execute new digital advertising creatives Collaborate with graphic designers and account managers to produce high-quality creatives and ad copy. Analyse campaign results, compile performance reports, and identify areas for improvement. Support client communication and coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and projects run smoothly. Contribute to Lead Fleet’s own marketing initiatives, helping grow our online presence and brand authority. What You Bring Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset. A creative approach to problem-solving and content creation. Good understanding of social media platforms, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads (training provided). Basic graphic design skills and confidence writing engaging copy. Excellent communication and time management skills.A genuine passion for digital marketing and helping businesses grow. A sound understanding or interest in the real estate industry is highly desirable. What’s on Offer Full-time position, Monday to Friday. Office based in Coolum Beach , Sunshine Coast.
