OneStep Wellbeing – Admin Officer (Hybrid) OneStep Wellbeing is a registered NDIS and mental health provider delivering inclusive, person-centred supports across Victoria, NSW, and QLD. Our multidisciplinary team provides Positive Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Counselling. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful work that makes a real difference in people's lives. Key Responsibilities Administration: Manage client referrals, intake processes, and onboarding Coordinate appointments and schedules for clinicians and clients Maintain accurate client records and documentation systems Provide administrative support to clinical and leadership teams Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely, professional manner Assist with NDIS reporting and compliance requirements Support client engagement campaigns and community outreach initiatives Coordinate events, workshops, and promotional activities Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback Additional Responsibilities (highly desirable): Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Experience with CRM systems – Splose Event coordination and community engagement Experience in the disability, allied health, or NDIS sector Requirements Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in administration and/or marketing roles Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of or willingness to learn about the NDIS and disability sector Compassionate, person-centred approach and commitment to our values Experience with practice management software – Splose Graphic design and content creation skills Experience in the NDIS or allied health sector Event planning and coordination experience Apply Now Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you'd be a great fit for OneStep Wellbeing.
