PMO Coordinator – Leidos Australia Leidos Australia delivers IT and airborne solutions that protect and advance the Australian way of life. Key Responsibilities Lead financial management activities across the PMO, including forecasting, variance analysis, workforce planning, and project financial controls. Manage core PMO governance and operations: coordinate planning workshops, reporting, process documentation, and audit compliance. Serve as central coordination point for program administration, onboarding/offboarding, information management, and stakeholder support. Drive risk and issue management, facilitate reviews, track mitigations, and maintain program‑level visibility of key risks. Oversee program communications and engagement, producing stakeholder updates and coordinating program events. What You’ll Bring Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint; Power BI reporting skills highly regarded. Solid understanding of project and program management principles, supported by PMI CAPM or PMP certification; experience in financial planning and control. Problem‑solving and collaboration skills to work with team members. Australian citizenship required, baseline security clearance required.
