Working within the Marist tradition, the position leads key functions including marketing and communications, student enrolments, alumni engagement, and community partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, the role drives the College’s Communication and Enrolment Plans, strengthens brand identity, oversees fundraising initiatives, and builds strong relationships with parents, parishes, alumni, and external organisations. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects with autonomy. A commitment to Catholic identity, child safeguarding, and fostering a welcoming and collaborative College culture is essential.
