About the role: We are seeking a dynamic NDIS Services Team Lead to join our passionate team at Endeavour Foundation. This pivotal role ensures the delivery of high‑quality enabling services for the people we support, as well as leading a team of NDIS coordinators and rostering officers. Reporting to the Operations Manager of Client Services, you'll play a key role in reshaping service delivery to create better client experiences for the future. Responsibilities: Guide a team to drive quality assurance, compliance, and exceptional service. Implement workforce optimisation and financial strategies that align with our mission and deliver sustainable results. Be the go‑to expert, coaching and sharing knowledge across the organisation. Contribute to continuous improvement and business strategies that enhance the end‑to‑end client experience. About you: Tertiary qualification in business, community services, or a related field (desirable). Experience working with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) includes individuals who have previously worked with the NDIA or as a Support Coordinator, with a track record of leading successful, high‑performing teams, ideally within NDIA or Support Coordination services. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and relevant applications, ensuring professional and timely completion of tasks. Willingness to obtain a current National Criminal History check, Yellow Card, and Blue Card. experience in leading high‑performing teams, with a working knowledge of the NDIS (preferably with a focus on SIL).
